• 2 green chilies, slit
• 2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp cumin powder

• 4 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
• 3–4 cups chicken stock or water
• Fresh cilantro & mint leaves, for garnish
• Optional: saffron soaked in warm milk
How to Make Chicken Biryani (Step-by-Step)
♡ Step 1 – Cook the Chicken :
Heat oil or ghee in a large pot.
Fry sliced onions until golden and fragrant.
Add garlic, ginger, and all spices. Stir until aromatic.
Add chicken, tomatoes, and yogurt.
Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens into a rich curry.
