The Ingredients for Lemon Madeleines :

• ½ cup (100 g) unsalted butter, melted (+ extra for greasing)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup (100 g) sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Pinch of salt

How to make Lemon Madeleines at Home :
♡ Step 1 – Prepare the batter :
