• 250 g (1 ¼ cups) sugar
• 4 large eggs
• Zest of 1 lemon
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

How to Make Tarta de Santiago (Step-by-Step)
♡ Step 1 – Prepare the Batter (10 mins) :
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
2. Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan.
