Ingredients for Watermelon Hwachae (Serves 6–8) :
• 1 small seedless watermelon
• 1–2 cups assorted fruits (strawberries, grapes, melon, pineapple, kiwi, etc.)
• 1 can (350 ml) Sprite or Korean Chilsung Cider
• 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
• Ice cubes
How to Make Watermelon Hwachae (Step-by-Step)
♡ Step 1 – Prepare the Watermelon Bowl :
Cut the top off the watermelon and scoop out the flesh into balls or chunks.
Reserve the hollowed watermelon shell as a serving bowl.
